DEFINITE Big Bore for J-Engine

I have created a separate subforum for the J-engine upgrades. please post further Q & A there. Thanx!

409.98 by my Calc, if it is a Himalayan piston.
OK, which one of my numbers is wrong?

I assumed it to be a Himalayan piston which in operation, normally would be in a 78mm bore.
Besides, the stroke is only 0.2mm ( 0.2 of 78!) less which is why it relates to only a couple of cc's less than a Himalayan. :geek:

OK, I used my digital caliper to measure the piston. might have created that error. 410 then. but I already did the labels ...

Digital! Last week I used a vernier to measure what was given to me of a failed bearing, by eye an 60002RS,
by vernier ( digital) 0.5mm less in every dimension.
Accuracy is not everything.
