Happened today in the afternoon. I was planing to visit but the crazy sunday traffic kept me from going - lucky me. apparently the riot was about bikes parking in the street blocking cars and trucks (which is a real problem, but then again no reason to riot). You will see the police just standing there, doing nothing.
