Throttle learn process is often a hit and miss affair.

I learned how to do that manually (explained also in "how to swap map" thread) and do it only that way. It's the only way you can be sure of it!

In the PT 4 the system remembers the values even after uploading a new map. I think this was different in the V3.

I'm using the same laptop as well so it made me think there was a problem specific to the bike and being that I have had some involvement in changing things around I thought it was probably something I did wrong.
I can refit the TB tomorrow , manually enter the values all should be good.
