This can replace the TB on a 411 Hima or Scram if a BB kit is used. However because the 440 has 2 oxygen sensors and the 411 only one the yellow engine light will be on at all times (unless you find a way to satisfy the circuit in some gimmicky way to ignore the second o2 sensor)
We used it when testing it on a 477 where is ran great, except the LED issue mentioned. Total usage was maybe 5 hours, so its basically new. Its also very hard to get (I waited a few months to get to my dealership) I sell it for the 11,000 INR it costs.
